Exciting news! My new book, Spontaneous Revolutions: Seeing America One Pedal at a Time, won a finalist slot in the Book Excellence Awards competition. The international competition awards books for their high quality design, writing and overall market appeal. As a first-time book author, I was honored to receive this award.
Spontaneous Revolutions is the adventurous account of the amazing, cross-country bicycle trip I took with my husband. For almost four, sometimes grueling and often hilarious, months we made our way from Portland, OR to Portland, ME – being over 50, overweight and with virtually no planning.
